- Support creation of POCs to visualize different techniques and technologies, gather knowledge on the different approaches including effort estimation and support decision making
- Ensures accurate implementation of designed solution
- Quality assurance: Constantly review the code to ensure the quality of the design
- Ensures accurate testing: Module Testing with support for System-, Integration- and End User Testing.
- Ensure trouble-free releases of new functionalities and software into Production.
- Root Cause Analysis & Resolution of any issues in production / development / test environments of the FCH platform
- Analysis of incoming incidents to improve automated processes and reduce future incident volumes
- Manage daily IT operational tasks relating to service requests and incident management related to Roaming services
- Monitoring and analysis of incoming and outgoing interfaces
- Experience in IT Development and Operations
- Experience in internet technologies in the areas of web-based software development and programming mainly in Apex, SQL, PL/SQL, XML (desirable); Full stack development experience preferred
- A good working knowledge of network technologies and integration methods will be essential
