- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white collar and blue collar positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various channels including online platforms, contingency agencies, and community networks.
- Evaluate and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Have good communication skills in English and Hungarian.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for both white collar and blue collar roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes in a multinational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
