• Have good communication skills in English and Hungarian.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for both white collar and blue collar roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
