Biddable Media Manager ,You will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and executing programmatic (display and video) campaigns
- Setting up, optimizing and reporting programmatic campaigns for both upper and lower funnel
- Contributing to reaching company goals and sales targets by ensuring that media KPIs are on target (reach, viewability, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, CR)
- Taking active part in media planning and budget allocation
- Staying up-to-date with latest trends and innovations, has a strategical mindset
- Carrying out A/B tests to improve results, providing advice on creative formats and ensures quality
- Bringing ideas for segmentation: managing audiences with 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data, ensuring proper 1st party data monetization, managing 3rd party data deals
- Taking ownership of Private Marketplace programmatic deals, negotiation with agency on direct display deals
- Giving weekly update on programmatic part of integrated campaigns, carrying out detailed postbuy analysis on a monthly basis, drawing conclusions and lessons learnt
- BA/BSc degree
- 2+ years of experience in programmatic campaign management
- Hands on experience with Google DV360, CM360 and/or Adform, Teads
- Familiar and comfortable with Adservers, DSPs and DMPs
- Worked with any Brand Safety tools
- Experience in Looker Studio and data visualization is a plus
- Media and budget planning experience
- Ability to leverage 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data and dynamic creative optimization
- Analytical and data driven mindset, experience in Google Analytics or other online analytical tool
- Ability to form tracking and tag management requests to ensure proper reporting of campaigns
- Result oriented way of work
- Ability to keep focus and set priorities
- Intermediate level language skills in English
