Otherwise sourcing and acquiring senior professionals is also a challenge which requires conscious funnel management thinking from the new leader.What will your responsibilities be?Identifying business needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategyCreating state-of-the-art acquiring methods especially for the youth and the senior professionalsDeveloping and implementing strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the businessCreating sourcing strategy for using diverse resources such as job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, Inta, referral etc.Managing and motivating a highly-skilled team of 6 people, their daily activities, KPI's, weekly and monthly goalsCreating weekly / monthly management reportsManaging the first weeks’ onboarding process, collaborating with business, HR business partners and L&DWorking closely with CEE regional recruitment team on regional initiativesAs a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
