
HR Specialist / HR Generalist

- Prepare monthly payroll (including reports in English) & forward data to the payroll company
- Manage full HR administration (including MyHR system administration)
- Manage recruitment processes based on a plan
- Operate HR processes and perform related administrative tasks
- Organize company events
- Create and keep up-to-date policies related to HR processes
- Supervise and support the work of the warehouse team / management
- Cooperate closely with the customers
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR generalist
- Knowledge of English language at least at B2 level
- Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
