You will lead the onboarding process for new hires.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs.
Support new hire groups and ensure the quality and effectiveness of training.
Work with leadership to identify areas for improvement and create solutions.
Liaise with the Quality, Operations, IT, and HR teams to ensure smooth training processes.
Manage multiple tasks at the same time with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office
Minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred).
Proven experience as a trainer.
Fluent Hungarian and English (B2 or higher)
