Senior Commercial Controller,be yourself and make a difference in the world.This is a senior role for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a business-partnering environment, enjoys both detail-oriented analysis and strategic decision support. You will work closely with finance colleagues, commercial teams, and senior management to support decision-making, evaluate business opportunities, and ensure robust financial planning and analysis.You will have the following responsibilities:
  • Decision Support
  • Take a finance lead role in commercial and strategic initiatives, which are spanning through various segments of the company.
  • Act as an independent control function in the business case process, assessing the reasonableness of the assumptions used and ensuring that all financial implications are taken into consideration.
  • Review and approve non-standard B2B offers, ensuring profitability.
  • Follow-up & Performance Management
  • Follow up on commercial initiatives and monitor performance post-launch based on defined KPIs. Make proposals for corrective actions if needed or escalate to management.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses regarding gross profit and sales KPIs.
  • Planning and Forecasting
  • Consolidation and assessment of long-term plan and forecast versions regarding gross profit for financial management.
  • Support the commercial areas in the planning process (revenues, cost of sales, sales KPIs).
  • Management Reporting
  • Provide meaningful actual-vs-plan variance analyses of gross profit.
  • Participate in month end closing processes, including regular reporting, management presentation creation.
  • Keep contact with group controlling, submission of necessary inputs
You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in financial business partnering or controlling.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with commercial mindset.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Telecommunications experience is an advantage.
