- Responsible for day-to-day office order management operations – including inputting orders into the system, keepin in touch with vandors and clients (mainly via email), taking new samples to the Budapest based resellers, etc.;
- Attending soem specific industry events in Hungary;
- Keeping track of the orders, deliveries and client payments,
- Other sales & administration tasks to support colleagues;
- Issuing invoices or processing Sales related outgoing payments;
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in other office or sales-related roles;
- Bachelor or relevant experience in related fields;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hungarian;
- Superior organizational skills with demonstrated ability to priorities and multi-task;
- Good inter-personal skills to interact with staff, visitors and partners of all levels;
- Genuine interest in interior design products and "made in Italy";
- Driving licence type B and willingness to visit resellers to show samples;
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Work Suite;
- Organized and detail oriented;
- Team spirit, flexibility, proactive, positive thinking mind-set;
- Strong ethics;
- English plus Hungarian (mandatory);
