We are also looking for…A trainer with strong communication skills that enjoys sharing knowledge and has a good understanding of different learning methods. Preferably, you have an electrical background and are ready to utilize your knowledge in training others. Teaching experience is highly desirable but not an imperative requirement. Most of all it is important that you are motivated by standing in front of people and taking the trainer role.You are a good judge of character with a high tolerance towards other people. It comes naturally to you to navigate easily in a busy and dynamic environment where the situation can change from day to day. This calls for a structured approach to your work. You generally demonstrate a “why not” attitude, are self-driven, but also possess a great sense of team spirit.As the trainings are held in either the local language or English it is important that you are fluent in minimum English orally as well as written.Training methods are changing, and we are looking into a much more digital future. Online and virtual training will be a big part of that, and it is therefore important that you can see yourself conducting these types of courses and not only classic classroom training.The technical training portfolio in Training Center Budapest expands continuously with new Siemens Gamesa platforms and other turbine brands.
