- Answering incoming customer calls and help clients with their IT technical issues
- Follow up and solving IT incidents
- Escalate incidents to Level 2 when unable to resolve the issue via ticketing tool
- User Management
- Resolving issues as per KB instruction
- Responding to incoming emails
- Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations
- Excellent and certifiable level of German (C1)
- Experience in Customer Service by telephone
- Experience in helpdesk or Technical support
- Advanced multitasking skill
- Friendly and customer focused attitude
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent trouble shooting skills.
- Quick adaptor
- Availability to work a Saturday every 2-3 months
- Team player
- Capable to handle punctual moments of stress.
