
Head of HR (Hungary)

- Serve as the main HR point of contact for senior leaders in Hungary while working closely with global HR colleagues to align people strategies.
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic HR initiatives, from talent development and engagement to organizational capability building.
- Support leadership teams in managing change, strengthening managerial effectiveness, and building a high-performance culture.
- Partner with business leaders to identify training, reskilling, and development programs that prepare employees for evolving business needs.
- Use HR insights and data to inform strategic decisions and track the success of initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and ensure consistency of HR practices across different geographies.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in fast-scaling or multinational organizations.
- At least 5 years of exposure to the IT/software sector, including experience hiring across functions and levels.
- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders, with proven leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, leadership development, and learning programs.
- Experience in delivering HR projects with measurable business impact.
- Solid knowledge of Hungarian labor regulations and HR compliance frameworks.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- English professional fluency.
