Job Description:We are looking for a Head of HR to oversee our client's people strategy in Hungary and act as a strategic HR Partner to senior management at both local and international level. The role is pivotal in aligning local operations with global objectives, ensuring that our client's culture, talent agenda, and leadership capability continue to evolve in step with the company’s growth.This is a chance to directly shape HR strategy, influence decision-making, and deliver impactful initiatives that strengthen both teams and leadership.DescriptionIn this role, you will:
  • Serve as the main HR point of contact for senior leaders in Hungary while working closely with global HR colleagues to align people strategies.
  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic HR initiatives, from talent development and engagement to organizational capability building.
  • Support leadership teams in managing change, strengthening managerial effectiveness, and building a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify training, reskilling, and development programs that prepare employees for evolving business needs.
  • Use HR insights and data to inform strategic decisions and track the success of initiatives.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and ensure consistency of HR practices across different geographies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in fast-scaling or multinational organizations.
  • At least 5 years of exposure to the IT/software sector, including experience hiring across functions and levels.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders, with proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, leadership development, and learning programs.
  • Experience in delivering HR projects with measurable business impact.
  • Solid knowledge of Hungarian labor regulations and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • English professional fluency.
