- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues reported by end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs.
- Monitor application performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in deploying and configuring software updates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, issue logs, and resolution steps.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on application features and best practices.
- Support change management processes, including documentation, impact assessment, and communication.
- Manage service provider relationships and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide on-call support as required.
- Support the migration of new case management projects.
- Degree in (Business) IT or equivalent vocational training.
- Foundational understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with service providers.
- Strong interest in understanding and optimizing business applications and workflows.
- Process- and solution-oriented mindset.
- Logical and analytical thinking.
- Fluency in English, German, and Hungarian is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders and users (at least B2)
