- Ensures accurate and timely processing for all transactional activities owned by the Data Management team.
- Establish a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employee compensation, time management, employee relations and payroll.
- Resolve escalations received through ticketing system and emails in a timely manner ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and yearly audits to ensure accurate employee data.
- Build relationships and partner with the Centers of Excellence and the HR Business Partners.
- Provide ideas for and implement process improvement recommendations for transactional activities.
- Participate in staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years in any kind administrative, customer service or office related experience is an advantage.
- Confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, MS Excel knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and external vendors via multiple sources such as telephone, email, etc.
- Ability to identify & implement industry best practices to improve existing processes.
- Ability to work as a part of team.
- Highly Analytical skills, Detail Oriented attitude would be preferred.
- Workday Experience would be nice to have.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing in English and Hungarian are required.
