The ideal candidate will be responsible for Payroll Management Team to support our Competence Center Operations, client relationship and ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.Key Responsibilities:
- Solid Experience on People Management
- Comprehensive Payroll
- Regulatory and Business Compliance
- Process Optimization & Execution
- Ability to implement and execute global requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- We use to work under Agile process where every day we define the top priorities. Manager will be responsible to make directions , control & Validation the cycles to guarantee a healthy process.
- We have a lot of tools and solutions that help us to get work on a collaborative environment.
- We use Slack for our comms, BOX for cloud storage and Monday@IBM for our tracking and to dos.
- Also we provide our clients RPA solutions to save our time on repetitive activities and focus on more analytics work.
- Solid experience in People Management/Leadership team.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- Payroll experience
- Preferred Spanish language knowledge
