- Process and Structure Innovation - Develop and implement processes, structures, and equipment within product and structural projects, including manual warehouse systems and supermarket setups.
- Operational Excellence - Monitor and analyse logistics processes to minimize costs, improve efficiency, and enhance performance. Lead initiatives for process changes and system improvements, reporting on both operational and financial KPIs.
- Standards and Best Practices - Ensure cross-departmental standards, implement best practice solutions, and oversee warehouse, rack, and material flow handling operations.
- Collaboration & Communication - Maintain close contact with IT and service providers, supporting system developments, tenders, and implementation processes.
- Educational background - university degree in a technical or business related field or equivalent professional experience (preferably in the field of supply chain management or logistics).
- Work experience - several years of experience within logistics (planning or operation), experience from automative industry would be an advantage.
- Language skills - fluent English and Hungarian is a must, German language would be a plus.
- Software knowledge - knowledge of logistics/warehousing; planning systems (CAD) and SAP (R3, HANA) would be an advantage.
- Precision & Teamwork - ability to work under time pressure, being able to solve problems independently. Precise, structured, analytical working style.
