- Work environment - you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and also includes a company cafeteria.
- Team - as a member of our Logistics team you'll be working in a multicultural environtment together with 15 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points.
- Process optimalization - optimize logistics & warehousing operations by developing and implementing processes, structures, and innovative solutions. Establish standards & best practices across departments for logistics structures, equipment, and processes.
- Project management - lead project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing execution.
- Stakeholder management - collaborate with stakeholders and manage performance reporting for operational and financial outcomes.
- Managing tenders - prepare and manage tenders by creating documentation, specifications, and supporting tendering for logistics, warehousing, IT systems, and service providers.
- Educational background - university degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Work experience - several years of experience within logistics (planning or operation), with experience from the automotive industry being an advantage.
- Language skills - fluent in English, with proficiency in Hungarian and German being a plus.
- Software knowledge - knowledge of logistics/warehousing, planning systems (CAD), and SAP (R3, S4) are beneficial.
- Precision & Teamwork - precise, structured, and analytical working style. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members and cross-functional partners. Ability to work under time pressure and solve problems independently.
