- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Conducting pre-screenings and interviews
- Maintaining communication with managers, candidates, and agencies
- Assessing and coordinating recruitment needs
- Developing recruitment tools and methods
- Supporting the company’s employer brand and candidate experience
- Knowledge of ATS and proficiency with various software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking with a creative approach
- Knowledge of the local labor market and recruitment channels
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- People-focused, proactive attitude
- Ability to source, engage, and attract candidates through various channels
- Effective team collaboration
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree (ideally in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or Advertising/Media).
- Background of working in a multinational industry is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes
- Fluent English B2 or Higher
