- Performing industrial costing for new products, processes, or manufacturing technologies
- Providing cost evaluations during tender phases, including Make or Buy assumptions
- Supporting decisions for activity transfers or major product/process changes
- Defining and maintaining the workload plan for the Process & Manufacturing Engineering (PME) department
- Updating industrial costs in the Reference Library
- Conducting specific analyses, such as Time Spent vs Method Time, as needed
- Technical education
- Process & Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 to 10 years' experience, preferably in the railway industry
- Technical expertise in process engineering, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of time management principles
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials and Routings
- Familiarity with IS common tools
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
- Proficiency in English (read, written, spoken)
