Customer support is covered from 8:00 until 17:00, from Monday till Friday.Work from home is optional. Responsibilities:Job description:
- Set up tours in ITAM
- Cluster the same geographic locations of the same site into a group for the tours
- Do weekly report on cancellation, “no show” or escalations of the users.
- Communicate with the users on scheduling, rescheduling or escalations (in German)
- Assign Roll-Over engineers with a delivery list (name, location and serial numbers of the staged devices)
- Co-ordinate with our Staging Centre in München on the staged devices and delivery (preferably in German)
- Must be fluent or possess an advanced level in German.
- All interested candidates must be in possession of a valid EU passport.
- Full training to be provided.
