- Coordinating the implementation of Global standards in SAP Material Master Data within Supply Chain Europe
- Create, update, and maintain accurate Material Master Data in ERP systems
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Planning, Product Development, Business Planning, Packaging, Purchasing, 3rd Party Manufacturing, Sales
- Working independently of day-to-day supervision with latitude to implement process changes
- Focal point and supporting role of Standard Processes to all countries in scope Europe
- Responsibility to ensure timely data implementation for new materials and cross-selling activities between Henkel legacies and regions
- Close cooperation with Product Management in order to set up clear requirements for Master Data creation
- Support and assistance to data requirements related to harmonization projects and/or requests between different Business Units
- Proactive optimization of processes
- University Degree in Economics and experience in Supply Chain Operations
- 3-5 years of professional experience in similar position
- Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain/Operations process flows
- Ability to coordinate
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, MS Office
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Business fluent English skills
- Excellent in planning, prioritisation/multi-tasking and organizations skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
