Serve as the global expert for site-level IT infrastructure, playing a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive mapping of existing IT infrastructure across sites, identify gaps, and develop upgrade plans aligned with digitalization goals.
Lead infrastructure upgrade projects in close collaboration with local IT managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Provide support for equipment connection to the network and integration management within global software (on-prem and SaaS)
Design local IT architecture for system interfaces and coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, strongly preferable within Teva or TAPI.
Proven experience with core IT infrastructure technologies including:

Windows, Linux, Oracle, and SQL
LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, servers, and virtualization platforms.
File servers, shared network drives, and multifunction devices.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and environments.
Background/experience in data migration and ETL processes.
Track record of managing IT projects in pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate with global and local stakeholders across IT, business, and quality functions.
