Follow escalation procedures for unresolved cases.
Provide accurate, timely support and adjust communication to the customer’s technical level.
Share product and service information per call handling protocols.
Resolve contacts efficiently while maintaining quality.
Escalate issues as needed per client procedures.
Ensure data privacy compliance.
