  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
  • Follow escalation procedures for unresolved cases.
  • Provide accurate, timely support and adjust communication to the customer’s technical level.
  • Share product and service information per call handling protocols.
  • Resolve contacts efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Escalate issues as needed per client procedures.
  • Ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Maintain positive communication with customers, team, and partners.
