Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator (with experience in the electronics industry)

- Answer customer incoming calls/chat/emails
- Enters orders into ERP system
- Responds to price, availability & basic technical inquiries
- Support properly designed technical specifications towards customers
- Use of company portals
- Coordinates shortage, overage, damage claims and returns
- Coordinate technical related claims with cooperation of the relevant engineering team
- Works with sales, accounting and product management to resolve debits, credits, and warranty related issues
- Schedules and executes shipments in cooperation with logistics, customers and forwarders
- Handles document requests and export documentation
- Maintain customer service related master data
- Cooperate with the related operational teams to supply the highest standard of customer reaction
- Advanced English and Hungarian, knowledge of German or other European language is a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service in the electronics industry
- Good technical insight
- Experience in any type of ERP system
- High customer focus
- Experience with CRM Sales Force system or SAP as a plus
