
Dutch Customer Solutions Specialist (Home-office)

- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and support tickets.
- Assist customers with billing and contract-related queries.
- Educate customers about our services and system functionalities.
- Contact customers to arrange installation appointments, coordinating with subcontractor technicians.
- Standardized troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, update accounts, and manage documentation.
- Follow communication procedures and internal guidelines.
- Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks aligned with business needs.
- Previous experience in Customer Service (preferably supporting technical products in SSC/Contact Centre).
- Minimum B2 level English (written and spoken).
- Minimum C1 level Dutch (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and team spirit.
