Service division of the company repairs telecommunication network devices for the world biggest manufacturers.
The product portfolio is very wide. The devices are used in the base station network of the mobile communication system and also in connected core network.
FA engineer is responsible for technical coordination of the repair activity of the faulty products in the repair center.
Reveal root cause, implement and report necessary actions to customer development engineering.
Analyze repair data and implement necessary preventive actions to increase repair efficiency by decreasing the component usage end/or shortening the repair time
Create repair plans, indentify and follow up priorities
Provide trainings for Failure Analysis Technicians regarding our products developing their knowledge and skills
Take part in introduction of customer changes (ECO) together with the Product Engineer.
Participate in the interview process of Failure Analysis Technicians regarding their technical knowledge
