We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.Purpose of the Master Data Associate, global role:Managing workflows and requests for customer and vendor master creation, changes and maintenance. The position requires collaboration with cross functional departments and will play a key role in the development of the company’s master data management business rules and processes in support of operational efficiency.
Master Data Administration will act as gatekeeper to ensure all critical data elements are in place, using consistent naming conventions and processes before use.The role is based in Budapest (hybrid role). Responsible for data integrity within the master data management tool (SAP) through data input, reporting, standardizing data, removing duplications, eliminating incorrect data, and identifying and resolving errors.
Assists in evaluating effectiveness of master records maintenance and quality of information.
Communicates effectively with Customers, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Accounting to discuss and resolve issues.
Participates in meetings and on teams to enhance internal communication as well as contribute to establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for master data record keeping.
Drives internal control and regulatory compliance through coordination of proper teams.
Maintains a full audit trail of master data creation and changes.
Other duties as ordered by the direct manager.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Excellent in English language verbal and written
University degree (Bachelor) required
Strong communication skills; written and verbal
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines
Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills
SAP ECC system experience
Ability to analyze how data is coming in and how it will need to be organized
Be a team player and work well with others is crucial
