- Engage with internal customers to understand, analyze, and document their business needs and objectives
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for BI team, factoring in business priorities and operational feasibility
- Use your knowledge of business processes, systems, and industry standards to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making
- Actively participate in agile BI development process, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and review sessions
- Oversee the creation of new data-driven approaches for business performance improvements, utilizing Microsoft BI stack and cloud technologies where appropriate
- Monitor post-implementation performance of business solutions, ensuring they deliver the expected outcomes
- Facilitate training and support to internal teams on new tools, dashboards, and practices
- Develop and present clear, concise business insights to the leadership, influencing strategic initiatives
- Balance multiple projects and priorities concurrently, adhering to deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, agile Product Owner or in a related field
- Proven experience in business process analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Experience with SCRUM methodology
- Proficient in Microsoft BI tools for the purpose of understanding and conveying the feasibility and impact of potential solutions
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies like Azure or AWS, with a focus on how these can support business solutions
- Familiarity with new generation ERPs like S/4HANA and other SAP products is a big plus
- Experience in the manufacturing sector, domain knowledge in plant maintenance is a plus
- Certifications in business analysis methodologies, design thinking or other relevant business process improvement methodologies are highly desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for a variety of audiences
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an environment with frequent changes and interruptions
- Fluent English a must
