Master Data Management
Sales Orders Management
Requests and Disputes Management
Credit Risk and Credit Data Management
Collections and Customer Contact Management
Cash Application and Receivables Management
AR related Month-end Closing, Reporting and Non-trade Invoice Management

These operations are critical for customers & patients products fulfilment, accurate accounting, generating cash flow, customer satisfactionConnect with us if you are· An expert in project management related to global processes, data, solutions implementation ideally around order to cash activities· A professional who thrives in an international environment, where you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a dynamic team of experts· An agent for change, looking to develop new ways of working and driving company performance through continuous improvement that increases the company’s working capital· A person eager to be part of our transformation to make Sanofi best in class, while contributing to the company’s results so they can be reinvested to support our purpose: We chase the miracles of science to improve people’s livesMain responsibilitiesThe Data, Performance & Analytics lead is a role focusing on driving performance through Data and Analytics identifying and delivering automationAct as Data management lead in collaboration with the GPLs· Understand the role of data within Order to Serve (O2S) processes, connect data-related issues with their business impacts, and make decisions regarding the data assets' quality, access and usage· Lead the enablement and execution of data governance capabilities for critical data assets, adopt and promote data management technology/solutions into the process· Assist in the resolution of definition conflicts within and between processes· Manage classification on data assets· Ensure data quality rules are applied to each data asset and monitor quality scores· Champion resolution (at source) to address quality issues and liaise with other DML's on cross-functional/cross-process data management related issues· Ensure data assets are secured based on classification and attribute level· Review data sharing within and across processes· Maintain high quality, consistent and accurate master and reference data within and between processes, systems and applicationsDevelop and deliver automation approach by identifying opportunities and mobilizing capabilities to execute· Orchestrate automation projects & drive some automation initiatives such as RPA, SAP enhancements (Eg. FIORI, Esker) to improve Core Model efficiency and liaise with the different teams to ensure and follow technical feasibility.Maintain the solution map as key tool to see the evolution of global automation in O2S· In partnership with the Hub teams and GPLs, understand the regional best practices and scale them globally. Continuously revisit the business cases to measure value and adoption· Ensure to have regular sessions with K-users, GPO/GPLs, Business system owners, Digital and COE Automation on Automation Program and drive the key actions points, clarifications, resolutions· Train / Support operational teams using automation adoption· Prepare value case for automation initiatives and measure value deliveryBuild, enhance and promote Order to Serve Analytics as Product owner of O2S Power BI· Build standard dashboard, KPIs and reports to monitor operational and internal controls activities related to order to serve processes· Provide business inputs liaising with GPLs/Hub teams to develop in collaboration with Data Process Automation COE team the solutions to measure performanc at operational, tactical and strategic level providing the necessary visibility to make decisions· Translating O2S needs to Power BI visualization, draft user stories into tasks for developersAbout youExperience and functional skills

At least 7 -10 years´ experience in Performance & data management or similar
Strong understanding of order to cash overall processes
Good business acumen
Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
Overall understanding of project management methodologies and experience leading & applying their principles and governance processes to projects
Contribution to a digital project in design and/or deploy phase

Technical skills

Hands-on experience of Power BI and RPA
Deep knowledge on Jira confluence

Soft skills

Excellent stakeholder management
Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills
Self-starter, initiative-taker, and ability to work independently under pressure and deliver high level of customer service
Able to set priorities and timelines
Establish and maintain strong relationships, working effectively with all levels in the organization
Ability to create, promote, and develop clear and concise presentations

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Business or Engineering school

Languages

English fluent (written and oral)
Knowledge of any other European languages is advantageous
