Senior Finance Analyst – Italy & France

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and develop schedules and reports for actuals, forecasts, and budgets related to Marketing & Sales costs.
- Controlling: Analyze Selling and Operating Expenses to identify variances and trends against budget and forecast.
- Month-End Closings: Support monthly closing activities, including account reconciliations.
- Business Partnering: Provide regular and ad hoc financial support to internal departments.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing the annual budget and business plans.
- Process Management: Review Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and coordinate internal approvals.
- Intercompany Billing: Manage and process intercompany transactions.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Support internal control processes and the implementation of new finance systems.
- Have a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- Bring 3+ years of experience in a finance role
- Are fluent in English (Italian or French is a plus!)
- Have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of P&L and balance sheet
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Feel confident working with Excel and other financial tools
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working cross-functionally
