- Provide outstanding support for our applications, addressing customer issues via phone, chat, and email
- Meet and surpass service level goals using support tools like email, chat, telephone, and Salesforce
- Actively seek product improvements and bug identification to enhance customer experience
- Respond to stakeholders through email and chat, meeting research targets
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, stay updated on process knowledge, and follow security practices
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, organizational activities, and align personal goals with the team
- Maintain attendance records, address queries, complete mandatory training, and collaborate cohesively with the team.
