Mito Digital is a business unit of Mito, a unique powerhouse of creative & digital experts with a passion for clever things. We’ve been working with our clients around the globe for almost fifteen years in numerous industries, from aviation through lottery and retail to telecom. Our goal is to design and deliver human-centered, best-in-class digital solutions that exceed the business goals of our clients as well as the demands of their customers. We’re super proud of the things we put together and have a lot of fun doing it. But for the fun to last, we need more clever people on board.Right now, our lottery & betting development team numbers around 25, and we’re excited to see it grow with you stepping in as our new Delivery Manager.Your tasks will be:
  • Owning the overall delivery roadmap of the project, understanding inter-project dependencies, and managing team resources.
  • Performing change management to optimize the delivery roadmap.
  • Monitoring the team’s performance and reporting on metrics and resource requirements to the Program Manager.
  • Communicating and keeping in touch with customer-side contacts, responding to their needs, managing their feedback, handling tickets, and processing them as needed.
  • Ensuring that all deliveries pass our quality assurance processes before they’re handed out to our clients.
  • We use JIRA and Confluence for project management, along with Runn.io for managing our delivery roadmap. You’ll be responsible for keeping them fresh and tidy.
  • We expect you to have hands-on experience with how proper scheduling, specifications, and documentation help smooth deliveries.
What we expect from you:
  • You have the ability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, aka people involved in and around your projects, as needed.
  • You thrive in quickly changing environments. Our clients are enterprise-level companies, and we deliver to multiple business units within them. With over 20 parallel long-term projects at varying phases, you’ll need to own the big picture.
  • In recent years, you’ve managed complex web or mobile development projects, and we’re talking about enterprise-level quality code.
  • You read between the lines and understand client needs, which you can then interpret for the professional team. It’s like being a trilingual Google Translate for Enterprise.
  • You understand business and developer jargon, and in turn, they understand you as well.
  • You use ticketing (we use JIRA), and you know that a bug report is more than just stating “There’s something wrong with the API, check it please”.
  • You have a strong technical background or developer experience, which means you dare to press that F12 key and feel comfortable discussing technical stuff with the team.
  • You’re fine with writing emails and making calls in English, and aren’t afraid to speak in front of an audience. Don’t worry, it’s mainly on platforms like Google Meets, Teams, or conference rooms – not on grand stages like Glastonbury.
  • You speak fluent Hungarian, as we use it for our daily work – although our parents would probably not understand us.
BenefitsWhat makes working at Mito unique:Plenty of challenges. And endless resources to meet them.
  • All four of our business units work on impactful projects throughout the world. Your efforts can and will make a difference in people’s lives, whether they’re booking a plane ticket or want to be delighted by a funny commercial on TV.
  • World-class work requires world-class working conditions. Like a beautiful office in downtown Budapest, MacBooks (if you prefer so), coffee (if you prefer so), fruit (who doesn’t like that), beer, whatever.
  • Hybrid working environment, so you can work from home when you need to, though to keep everything and everyone on track, we do like to meet in person and spend some days at the office.
  • Our Level Up system will reward your professional progress with extra days off every year.
A community
  • Mito has always been a place where the only thing we take seriously is work, so you’ll be able to have fun and meet great people like yourself.
  • From Hackathons to office parties and Easter egg hunting for the kids, we love to spend time together either to get to know each other better or just to...you know. No reason.
  • Dogs are super welcome at the office, and have been ever since Mito’s inception.
The freedom to shape your benefits
  • Whether you’re into individual or team sports, looking for a new set of running shoes, or a gym pass, you can use your flexible personal budget to cover it. You may also use it to improve any of your talents, whether it's studying German, JavaScript, or how to fix a gas leak. We’ll chip in to take care of your medical expenses, if needed. Additionally, personal budgets can also cover commuting (fancy bike helmet included).
