
Service Support Specialist (French or Spanish)

- Provide technical support for enterprise customers using skills gained from internal trainings.
- Support Voice and Data technology devices, including Avaya and Cisco products.
- Handle cases mainly via ticketing system - only minimal customer phone calls are required.
- Focus primarily on preventive issue management, and reactive error resolutions.
- Coordinate resolution end-to-end between customer, supplier, and resolver teams.
- Manage contractual obligations with suppliers when needed.
- 6+ months in customer service, order management, sales support or IT service desk positions
- Ability to meet customer needs aligned with business requirements.
- Cooperative and positive attitude when working in a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey information effectively and create a positive first impression.
- Ability to systematically analyze and organize aspects of complex problems or situations.
- Accountability for decisions and their consequences.
- Proactive attitude to anticipate and solve issues.
- Good stress management skills in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
- Open to work in shifts
- Fluent in English and French or Spanish languages
- ITIL and Cisco troubleshooting experience is a plus.
