The Apprentice role is a 2-year-long fixed term contract, with the possibility of further extension.

There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result. It is also within the responsibility to implement initiatives to improve logistics operations in partnership with its suppliers, internal customers, and logistics provider.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities/Essential functions:Facilitate order managementUse the Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) system to ensure returns of systemsCreate order flows with suppliersManage supplier relationships functionally / delivery, including approval and confirmation processManage the relationship with our internal customersManage customs documents for inbound outside of EUWork in close collaboration with the QA at inbound siteManage assigned special projects such logistics flow optimizationEnsure the management and follow-up of delivery disputes with suppliers / warehouse / carriers for all flows from local warehouses.Collaborates with other stakeholders to resolve issuesQualifications:First experience in operational logistics, warehousing and distribution or supply chain managementStrong oral and written communication skills in English.Ability to document, plan and execute programs.Rigor in processes and organized work management.Respond efficiently and promptly to requests from our internal customers.
