Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?YOUR ROLEAs a Quality Engineer on our team, you’ll:Tasks related to the quality process:

Participation in the preparation of internal audit plans
Performing process audits
Supporting the preparation of reports, providing data to the management
Preparation of scrap analysis, active participation in the red bin review process, elaboration of actions with the involvement of the process/production engineer
Management of HNS programs, creation of measurement tasks, supervision of SPC processes
Engineering supervision of any safe launch inspection, taking corrective measures in case of found defects, implementing them with the manufacturer/process engineer
Lessons learned: application of own and other experience/gained in other areas

Customer-related tasks:

Registering and acknowledging customer complaints to the customer and managing customer portal up to date
8D or other corrective action reports using quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, etc.)
Keeping the complaint database up-to-date, adding action plans to the database of promotions
Liaising with customers on complaints, PPAP and manufacturing issues, and collaborating with the customer contact team
Preparation of PPAP documentation.

YOUR BACKGROUNDKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Higher education
Professional knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods (APQP, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Pareto, Ishikawa, 8D, PDCA)
Knowledge of standards: ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS
Understanding the processes
Auditor Knowledge and Practice
IMDS and ES Test Planing knowledge
Good English language skills.
