Your responsibilities will include network engineering tasks such as configuring and managing Cisco LAN switches, Cisco Wireless technologies (Access Points and Wireless Controller), Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), and Cisco ASA (Adaptive Security Appliance).Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Providing Tier 2 support within the networking environment.
Managing the configuration of Wired and Wireless LAN services, Data Center technologies (such as Cisco ACI), Security Infrastructure (firewalls, load balancers, and proxy servers), and Internet and Intranet systems to ensure operability.
Handling the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Performing maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting within the framework of ITIL roles.
Conducting Vulnerability Management and Capacity Planning for the infrastructure.
Regularly reconciling unused objects, rulesets, and users within the Security Infrastructure.
Assisting with project implementation and working independently on assignments.
Collaborating closely with the Command Center and other technical groups within the Data Center domain (Windows, Citrix, Storage, Backup, and Automation teams).
Ensuring proper documentation for the customer and corporate knowledge base, including design, procedural, and lessons learned. This also involves maintaining and updating existing documentation.
Contributing to technical artifacts through team/program SharePoint and/or communities of practice.
Maintaining on-call availability to promptly respond to network issues and ensure uptime, approximately one week every three months, with flexibility.

You will be successful in this role if you have:Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of domain experience.
Deep knowledge of networking protocols.
Experience with the following technologies (any of them):

Infoblox administration for DNS, DHCP, and NTP services
Skyhigh Secure Web Gateways (formerly McAfee proxy)
CheckPoint or any next generation Firewall vendor (with proficiency in advanced threat prevention capabilities)
F5 Load balancers
Cisco LAN switches
Cisco Wireless technologies (Access Points and Wireless Controller)
Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE)
Cisco ASA (Adaptive Security Appliance)
Meinberg Time Synchronization
Some insight on network security procedures, best practices, and implementation.

Additional Skills:

Experience working with virtualized servers and/or private cloud computing.
Industry-standard certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, CCSE, Security+.
Infrastructure deployment using HashiCorp Terraform and SOFA GitLab (Infrastructure as Code).
Proficiency with network automation tools (Ansible).
Scripting languages expertise, including Python and/or Linux shell scripting.
