Join us in shaping the future of HR in the CEE region.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Specialist to join our Associate Development team at our Hub. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for organizing training sessions and managing both the content and technical aspects of the Associate Development area for all locations covered by our HR Service in Central Eastern Europe.Your tasks will be:► Training organization and administration for the HRS countries including managing training ordering, event management, invoicing, and reporting processes.► Prepare documentation and reports to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.► Key contact partner for stakeholders and topic of expertise, proactively search for information regarding legal, governmental and tariff changes in Associate Development.► Support the transition and implementation of new training processes and systems, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to best practices.Qualifications► Background: You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related areas► Experience: Preferably you have 1-3 years of previous experience in a multinational environment► Personality: You are detail-oriented and proactive.
