- Lead the engineers by creating user stories and priorities
- Improve way of working based on the agile manifesto
- Help the team and other businesses to progress in digital transformation by sharing your knowledge
- Contribute and support the international data analytics community
- Ensure Data Governance by contributing and utilizing existing Data Governance software to provide insights in data lineage, profiling, quality and classification
- Create, improve, and monitor data ingest pipelines in Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- Create, improve and monitor alerts and create insights in Databricks consumption
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role or proven interest and training
- Experienced in working in an agile environment and supported tools. Having scrum master training is a bonus
- Experienced in SQL, Python and Spark
- Experience in Terraform, Bicep, R, Kafka or similar languages is a bonus
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Power BI (or other reporting tool) is a bonus
- Strong analytical mindset, innovative thinker. Open character, failing is learning
- Open to feedback and motivating others
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Driving licence preferred
