Job Description:“Oracle Applications Lab" provides solutions for Oracle's internal business units and customers.Come join our team as we provide solutions for Oracle's internal business units, customers, and partner, As we take Oracle to the next level and proudly service an employee-user population greater than 100,000 with a global single instance supporting a wide variety of Oracle applications.As a member of the applications labs group, work with Oracle's ERP to support the application, automate business processes, develop and enhance solutions. Take part of application upgrade projects.Oracle Application Labs (OAL) implements, maintains, upgrades, supports and extends the applications that Oracle requires to meet its rapidly changing business requirements and provides a showcase for Oracle's products in Cloud.
Oracle Application Labs influences the direction and strategy for Oracle's products through collaborative and often pioneering involvement in business applications.

If so, come join the team of developers to build technical solutions using the latest Oracle products in cloud based on PL/SQL, scripting languages and OJet, Java.The Payroll HCM team within OAL is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of solutions for HCM, payroll and time entry modules and the core HR area. These applications and solutions are critical to Oracle as they are used to drive the people management, payroll business and reporting.Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of relational databases
SQL, PLSQL, ERP knowledge is a plus
Ability to present ideas in business & user friendly language
Ability to deliver effectively in a team setting as well as independently
Ability to work in a fast paced environment that demands co-ordination across time-zones.
