
Senior Training and Quality Assurance Specialist

- Managing, updating, and creating training materials for the company and our clients
- Conducting onboarding for new hires and organizing regular training sessions (both online and in-person)
- Quality assurance: evaluating customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) and providing feedback
- Monitoring service processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing changes
- Planning and coordinating training schedules
- Preparing reports on quality and performance trends, with recommendations for improvement
- Excellent communication
- Comfortable with systems for effective training and quality assurance
- Creative problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic to intermediate IT support knowledge for technical training
- CRM experience is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in BPO, Customer Service minimum 2-3 years, and/or technical account management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with Ticket Logging systems, SaaS or Sales fields.

- Fluent English (B2 or higher)
