- Arranging/scheduling interviews and assessments between hiring managers and the candidates.
- Travel arrangements - if the candidate sits in another location and needs to travel to have an interview. (Bus, train, flight ticket..etc.)
- Travel cost reimbursement - sharing the cost/receipts with the accounting department. It is needed when the candidate travels to another location and has some spendings like taxi, bus, food…etc.
- Sending out the candidate and hiring manager surveys
- Having a good, fast, and high quality level of communication with the candidates and hiring managers.
- Helping and sometimes guiding managers to manage their time/schedule for the interviews.
- Working together with the team, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Fluency in both in German and English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in HR or/and recruitment and hospitality field would be a plus
- Experience of the German market or/and DACH region is a big plus
- Confident and comfortable to handle last minute cases
- Flexible and motivated/ambitious to learn new things
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
