  • Optimizing processes in the production regarding quality, availability and production costs.
  • Coordinating and supporting continuous improvement projects with the focus on quality and equipment availability including the development of new methods.
  • Autonomously identifies potentials in the own area and initiates necessary actions.
  • Controlling of defined quality tasks (incl. scrap costs) by regular monitoring of KPIs aligned. Foresee upcoming issues and early define/organize countermeasures (incl. adhoc-measures, if necessary) with team, section and department and implement/ensure them in production process concerning all shifts.
  • Self-responsible tracking of relevant Key Performance Indicators. Initiating suitable containment and corrective actions in case to get back on target level.
  • Close collaboration with internal costumers in the relevant technologies.
  • Reporting quality relevant KPI´s to the management.
What you should bring along?
  • Engineering degree, with focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production, automotive engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in quality methods, process improvement and lean management positions in the industry, preferably in automotive production, planning or maintenance.
  • You have strong teamwork and communication skills, have a flair for dealing with people and can mediate in conflict situations.
  • You act very self-initiative and have a pronounced quality awareness.
  • Strong English and Hungarian skills ar required, German would be an advantage.
