We spark ideas that lead to positive impact and continued success.If you want to be part of this important mission, we want to hear from you.Job Description Summary:The Clinical Implementation Specialist will be part of the Advanced Oncology Solutions team, whose goal is to cultivate the ingenuity of our clinical partners by empowering them to optimally adopt our oncology technology to deliver world class care to their patients & to achieve their clinical & operational goals.The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the Advanced Oncology Solutions revenue budget and will predominantly be focused on the on-site & remote delivery of the projects sold by the AOS Sales Specialist. They will work closely with the Solutions Specialist to understand the deliverables of each project and ensure success, and to measure the pre & post-implementation project metrics.The Clinical Implementation Specialist will also respond to the evolution of our products and services to meet customer demands in the ongoing development of the solutions business.
Willing to travel extensively across Central Eastern Europe & Turkey predominantly, but also the wider European region as needed, approximately 60 – 70% is required.Major responsibilities:Deliver various Solutions projects such as, but not limited to, paperless implementation, pathway optimisation, radiotherapy technique implementation, treatment planning optimisation & streamlining, AI planning implementation & advanced analytics.Evaluate and assess clinical workflows and pathways with the ability to identify potential areas of improvements and optimisation tailored to each specific client.Work closely with the client’s core team, Varian AOS Sales Specialist & Project Manager and all stake holders of a project to ensure a fully aligned deployment of all AOS Professional Services packages within the broader project scope.Manage time accordingly so projects are run on time and escalate when key milestones will not be met. Projects will consist of both onsite time and remote working.Ability to influence people and groups of people with the development of a change management strategy defined in collaboration with the client.Produce client facing reports that outline all necessary changes, optimisations and final goals of the engagement.Record all information resulting from meetings and site visits with customers, Varian stakeholders and external contractors, to provide all parties with the necessary information & action items to enable them to perform their activities.Report activities and associated time to the AOS Area Manager, to track time/cost per project, identify any issues and take corrective actions to maximise customer satisfaction. Work with the Manager to ensure accurate and up to date forecasting of future projects and required resources.Ongoing development of offerings for customers, to ensure they address identified needs on all current and new Varian products.Collects customer, industry and competitor information to report business needs and make recommendations for the development of business and market strategies.Perform other duties as assigned.Work closely with the AOS Sales Specialists in pre-sales scoping (as required) and post-sales summaries for delivery.Skills & Experience Required:Degree/Diploma as a professional Radiographer/Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist, Medical Physicist or Clinician.Postgraduate Cert/Masters desirable, though not essential.Professional experience in the radiation oncology/general oncology field.Related Varian experience in education and/or application support is desirable.Sound knowledge of consulting techniques and methodologies to train adults (hospital professionals) & to manage change.
