Job Category: FinanceJob Description:Ford Business Solutions is looking for aSenior Investment Reporting Analystto join our Product Development Finance team in our Szentendre office.As part of our Global Finance team, you'll sit at the intersection of data, technology, and strategic decision-making. Your core mission? Drive smarter investment decisions by leading financial automation, creating insightful tools, and shaping how we track and measure capital efficiency globally.Responsibilities:What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
  • Lead the development of key Return-on-Asset (RoA) metrics used in major program milestone approvals and portfolio reviews.
  • Own and maintain global CapEx, D&A tools and dashboards - ensuring alignment across systems like Profit Reporting system and other reporting platforms.
  • Design and deploy new data solutions using Power BI & Alteryx to streamline capital planning, especially as we shift to a new segment-based setup.
  • Integrate AI and automation into finance workflows to elevate our decision-making processes.
  • Support senior leadership with high-impact, ad-hoc investment analysis for capital allocation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Program Finance, Treasury, and Investment Efficiency.

  • You have experience (or interest) in financial planning systems and capital management

Your Skills & Background:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance
  • Strong data mindset with proven experience in Excel and Alteryx (Power BI a big plus!).
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - in English.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior exposure to automated financial reporting is a plus.
