Are you passionate about optimizing logistics processes and driving operational excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Specialist, where you'll play a key role in improving efficiency, supporting automation, and enhancing service quality across our logistics operations in the EUA region.🌟 What You'll DoAs a Logistics Specialist, you will:

Drive logistics improvement initiatives (30%)

Identify and implement process enhancements focused on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Support daily operations (20%)

Provide hands-on support to EUA shipping and distribution center teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics flows.

Manage logistics projects (15%)

Maintain a centralized catalogue of logistics-related initiatives, ensuring visibility, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.

Promote automation and digitalization (15%)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Robotics, IS Support, CoE) to identify and implement automation solutions that boost productivity.

Deliver training and documentation (10%)

Create and present training materials for new processes, tools, and system changes.

Ensure continuity of improvement efforts (10%)

Act as a back-up for the Continuous Improvement Specialist, supporting ongoing initiatives.✅ Key Success Factors

🎓 Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in logistics
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
