Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team! The Reservations Agent is a true ambassador for the JO&JOE brand. He is responsible for visibility and reach across the various B2B communication channels, as well as booking and marketing.Why you?🔥 None of these missions will scare you:Mission 1: To guarantee the quality, reliability and completeness of the operations of the JO&JOE reservations department.Mission 2: To work constantly and closely with the sales, revenue management, marketing and reception departments to optimise the occupancy rate and maximise accommodation sales.Mission 3: Advise customers on our products and guarantee a high-quality commercial relationship.Mission 4: To master the invoicing processes and be able to guarantee their completeness and reliability.Mission 5: To work closely with the reception team.Mission 6: Ensuring that our offer is kept up to date on the various distribution channels.Mission 7: Managing PMS bookings and weekly reporting.Mission 8: Ensuring that the back offices of the various distribution sites are kept up to date.Qualifications🚀 Because you've got it in you:Versatility and the desire to broaden your field of expertise.The ability to work as part of a team.Full of energy and good humour.A desire to learn and develop.Good mood guaranteed without reservation.YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:Level of study: BTS / Bachelor.Field of study: Business / Hospitality.Professional expérience : 1 to 2 years minimum.Language required: fluent in both Hungarian and English.Additional InformationWe're sure you know the song 🎶First verse: We'll schedule an initial phone call with our Recruitment team if your application fits our beat.Chorus: After a successful phone interview, your future boss and the JO&JOE Recruitment Team, give you an appointment!
