- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, solar connectivity, mobile app usage, and more
- Guide customers through product features and best practices
- Escalate technical issues following structured processes
- Own the customer journey from first contact to final resolution
- Log all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
- Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional support
- Fluency in Polish (C1) and strong English communication skills (B2)
- A service mindset — patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Confidence working with modern tech — especially mobile apps and smart devices
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or BPO is a plus
- Genuinely interested in technology, sustainability, and innovation
- Curious by nature — someone who asks “why” and seeks better answers
- Calm under pressure and great at explaining complex things simply
