Your expertise, skills, motivation, and individuality will propel us forward.As Team Leader in the Paint Shop at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in ensuring that the raw car body from the Body Shop is perfectly prepared, painted, and finished to the highest quality standards.What awaits you?

Work environment: A highly automated production line equipped with robots, which our team sets up, operates, and maintains to ensure the required quality.

Production Supervision: as a team leader of a 6-9 person production team, you will oversee daily operations, train, and mentor team members.
Process Improvement Support: you will initiate development processes in collaboration with your team.
Shift Scheduling: you will ensure that your team is available for efficient production operations.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: you will maintain smooth production by addressing and resolving issues.
Teamwork Support: you will assist your team in executing paint shop tasks and take over responsibilities when necessary.

What should you bring along?

Educational Background: at least a secondary school diploma, preferably technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical, or other related field of study.
Work Experience: several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production as a machine operator or quality management team leader.
Quality Control: familiarity with process and quality optimization tools.
Precision & Teamwork: ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, with a strong commitment to continuous self-development. Excellent communication skills.
Shift Planning: confidence and responsibility in shift scheduling, ensuring availability, and training and developing team members.
Shift Work: willingness to work in alternating shifts after production launch.
Language skills: native-level Hungarian required.
