
Production Area Leader - Paint Shop

- Work environment - a highly automated production line equipped with robots, which our team sets up, operates, and maintains to ensure the required quality.
- Team - as the area leader of a production team of 40-50 members, you support your team in cooperation with your team leaders in executing the tasks of the paint shop. You ensure the training and mentoring of your team members
- Lead and Inspire - you will coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding performance while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Drive Excellence - you will oversee production processes, ensuring top-notch product quality and efficient operations.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance - you are responsible for implementing safe working practices and maintain high standards for environmental protection and ergonomics.
- Collaborate Across Teams - you act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders to address availability issues and minimize technical downtimes.
- Coordinate Special Activities - you will oversee maintenance operations within your area, including special activities such as weekend maintenance, shutdowns, and major repairs.
- Plan for Success - you participate in planning for technical modifications and optimizing new production facilities.
- Leverage Data - you are responsible for utilizing data to enhance transparency and support continuous process improvements.
- Educational Background - a technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Chemistry, or any manufacturing-related field.
- Work Experience - several years of experience in similar roles, in highly automated production environments and managed painting processes int the Paintshop.
- Language skills - fluency in Hungarian and intermediate English is required or successful completion of an intensive language course provided free of charge by employer.
- Leadership Skills - strong sustainable leadership qualities and skills to effectively guide and develop your team.
- Work schedule - willingness to work in shifts.
