SSC (Shared Service Center)customer service representative
  • Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
  • Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
  • Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
  • Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales)
  • Managing orders for a specific region
  • Focusing on the transactional success of the order entry and its quality
  • Full professional proficiency in English and any of the following languages: French, German, Polish, Slovenian, Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Ability to keep deadlines whilst identifying errors and recommend process enhancements
  • You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and illustrate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Must be eligible to work in Hungary (European citizenship or residence permit)
